JP Raineri

What’s up party peeps, I’m JP!

It’s crazy to think that when I got into this business I was 18 and now, almost 20 years later, I am still doing what I love as an award-winning Multimedia Producer, Music analyst, Television & Radio Host, and in my spare time, I even dabble with my own media production company, Badfish Productions.

It’s been a long road getting to this point in my life and I have to thank my wonderful family, especially my parents and my beautiful wife and kids for keeping me on point through this roller-coaster of a profession. It all started in college running 90.1 KSAK at Mt. SAC, then things really took off when I got hired as a phone op/producer in 2002 at the World Famous 106.7 KROQ in Los Angeles. Since working in the halls of KROQ, I have gone on to work for the likes of Interscope Records, Clear Channel Radio, Fox Sports, All-Pro Broadcasting, ESPN and even got to dabble in Reality TV at the Outdoor Channel which used to be headquartered right here in the Temecula Valley.

I have been blessed to learn the radio game from some of the best in the biz, including the folks that have come and gone through the years at 101.3 The Mix! Some might say my creative process is unlike any other, that it’s a step up to the next level, and I would agree! I take everything I do in life seriously and professionally and I love being on the radio in my own backyard.
As a big-time sports guy, I have a huge love for baseball and even spent the last ten years coaching it at the high school level for a couple of schools in the valley, as well as at the recreation and travel ball levels too. Our community means a lot to me and I never have a problem helping where needed. I also volunteer my time to help run the Temecula Youth Baseball League and am a contributor to our hometown newspaper, the Valley News, where I am the Sports and Multi-media Editor. Yes, I love life and am blessed to be a part of the media world which has given me so much. If you are ever out and about and see me hanging with friends or family, working with my camera or even if you catch me on the microphone, make sure to say hi!
